About Us

Perthyn was formed in 2002 following a restructuring of two organisations. Perthyn is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. As a charity it operates on a ‘not-for-profit’ basis. Perthyn’s primary purpose is to provide support to people with learning disabilities.

Perthyn employs approximately 730 staff and provides support to over 170 Service Users. Perthyn provides a range of services including:

  • Supported Living
  • Transition & Assessment Units (Residential)
  • Day Services
