I am currently Director of Service Development and Compliance. I have been with Perthyn since August 2000.

I was previously CEO of Cardiff Universities Social Services (CUSS).I have worked with people with learning disabilities for over 25 years within both the statutory & voluntary sectors.

I am currently Chair of Learning Disability Wales and the editor of Llais.

I run Social Role Valorisation based workshops and am a PASS/PASSING team leader.I have been an active member of Joint Planning Boards in Wales and have taken part in a number of reviews in relation to the impact of the All Wales Strategy.
