Support Workers/Residential Support Workers
Providing a warm, relaxing, secure and homely environment, you will actively encourage people with learning disabilities to integrate into the local community. With excellent communication skills and competent with budgets and petty cash, you must be able to work well with a team. You will be required to assist the service users with everyday tasks, including preparation of meals and cleaning, and will be able to accompany the service users on holiday and during recreational activities.
You will be committed to working towards obtaining NVQ Level 2 in Care. No experience is required, as full training will be given.
