Full and Part Time Support Workers and Flexi Support Workers: Nottinghamshire

Support Worker Salary: £13,654 – £15,689 per annum pro rata
Flexi Support Worker Salary: £6.50 per hour

Successful applicants will be committed to providing a high standard of support to adults with a learning disability, autism and complex behaviour living in their own homes in a way that encourages them to take an active part in their own lives; promoting their autonomy and independence, learning and developing new skills and having valued roles within their community.

You will have an inventive and adaptable approach to creating opportunities for people to participate and develop their communication skills. Being highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to work positively within a team is essential for all posts, as support is provided 24/7, reliability and flexibility is essential
