Overview of Supported Living Services:
We currently manage 43 Supported Living Schemes across Wales and England.
Overview of Transition & Assessment Units:
We support individuals with a Learning Disability within 3 Transition & Assessment Units currently (in Cardiff, St. Clears & Whitchurch, Shropshire).
Overview of Day Services’ Provision:
We manage two different Day Services models; including one which is intensive in it’s approach (because of the complexity of the needs of the individuals) and the other is focused on Employment, Training & Skill Development.
Overview of Domiciliary Services’ Provision:
We currently provide a range of Domiciliary Support Services within Pembrokeshire.
We support individuals with a range of different abilities and needs, although Are increasingly developing our reputation for successfully supporting individuals who have very complex needs/behaviours which challenge; including those with Autism, Dual Diagnosis/Mental Health needs, Profound and Multiple Disabilities, those with predominantly non-verbal communication etc.
