We provide the following services on behalf of Cardiff County Council:
- Transition & Assessment Unit : supporting 6 individuals (shortly increasing to 7) in a residential setting, which facilitates the opportunity to identify a suitable service model for their future support; i.e. this is not a “home for life”.
- Intensive Day Services an interim service currently supporting 3 individuals within a Day Services setting; i.e. with an identified base and inclusive of access to/integration within community facilities an services.
