We provide the following services on behalf of Shropshire County Council:
- Supported Living Services 8 schemes currently provided within this area.
- Transition & Assessment Unit: supporting 6 individuals within a residential setting, which facilitates the opportunity to identify a suitable service model for their future support; i.e. this is not a “home for life”. This service has been in operation since the latter part of 2005 and during this time, we have been successful in enabling one individual (who previously resided here), to move into their own home within the community, maintaining their own tenancy with the appropriate support being provided.
