    Job Description:

    You will be working as part of a team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours to live independently in their own homes.

    As part of this role you will assist individuals to undertake daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and going shopping. You will be required to support the individuals out into the community and support them to have a positive community presence. This will include supporting them to the GP, recreational activities and ensuring they maintain good relationships with family and friends.

    Job Requirements: 

    To be able to work a range of shifts including mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, and sleep ins
    To be fully flexible and adaptable to change
    To hold a current and valid full UK driving licence is essential
    An interest in supporting people with learning disabilities and emotional needs would be essential
