Perthyn’s funding comes primarily from Local Authorities and Health Boards. Consequently, working closely with commissioning partners is critical in providing person centred and sustainable services, both for individuals and in developing a more strategic overview for service delivery.
We are successful in achieving this by fostering a shared understanding of future needs, developing our service models to deliver the support required, building positive relationships, being open and honest about what we can do and problem solving together. A multi-disciplinary approach ensures individuals benefit from a wide range of skilled practitioners e.g. Social care, health care and the law.
